I still can't view either image.  I'd like to be able to help, and to do so I need to understand the behavior you're seeing differs from the behavior you're expecting.

I looked at the images in the attached files I did'nt seen any problem with images.

One is collapsed and the other is exapnded.

I want my heirarchical xamdatagrid in expanded form.

Please look at the images clearly.

I believe the images you provided may have been corrupted somehow, because I can't view them.  Can you please attach the open.gif file again, without compressing it?

 I want parent record and its children should not be hidden so that not in collapsed state as shown in the attached file (open.gif).

I'm still somewhat confused.  Are you trying to keep a parent record from collapsing and thus hiding its children?

You can attach an image to a new forum post by going to the "Options" tab and clicking the "Add/Update" button under "File Attachments".
