I'm new to WPF, but at a high level it appears that Microsoft Expression Blend 2 is much richer and more capable for designing a WPF WinClient UI than Visual Studio 2008. I am wondering if the Infragistic controls can be used with Blend? (As an aside, I am also trying to figure out how Blend and VS 2008 integrate, if at all.)

Definitely, it's possible to use the WPF controls from the NetAdvantage for WPF 2008 Volume 2 releasewith Microsoft Expression Blend 2.
