how to enable vertical scrollbar or expander inside cell?

Hi,

In the attached sample project I'd like to add vertical scrollbar or expander inside the XamDataGrid  cell  to be able to see whole text in the cell. I want to do that only for cells in column "Label". Currently in view mode text is cut-off.

How to do that? thanks
