Add a Checkbox, check its value and set value for each row

I need to add an unbound field with a checkbox to my xamDataGrid, this has already been done. But now I need to change the checked state when the user selects one of the rows and I also need to get the list of checked items (maybe using the Tag property). How can I do this?
