Contextual Tab lacks color in title bar when appearing

We're seeing a drawing issue with contextual tabs. We set up a simple WPF app with XamRibbonWindow, and it starts out like this:

When we check the checkbox, the tab appears but without the coloring in the title bar which would normally be expected:

Minimizing and restoring the window makes the coloring appear:

Is there a workaround for this? This was built with v18.2.
