columns not lining up...

I just got back to a project and upgraded to WPF2008.1 and noted my columns where not lined up right:

 

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I am sure it was working in 2007.2 and 2007.1... anyone have any ideas?

     I think i found my answer... it only happens when I set CellMaxWidth and CellWidth to the same thing (or greather than); I don't know if this is a bug or not or it is just me.
