Thanks for the links.  None of these items are currently being looked t for implementation.  Also, you can already style the Window if you use the xamRibbonWindow control without a ribbon.  Please use the xamRibbonWindow without a ribbon control and use the RibbonWindowContentHost.ApplicationAccentColor attached property to set the border color
