2016.2 only shipped with VersionFree nuget packages

I noticed that 2016.1 and 2015.2 both had Infragistics_WPF_VERSION_NuGetPackages_VersionFree.zip and Infragistics_WPF_VERSION_NuGetPackages.zip but the 2016.2 installer is missing the versioned nugets.  

I tried using the VersionFree nuget packages, but I got the unlicensed watermark.  I'm guessing licensing only looks for the versioned DLLs?

    Hello Jon,

    Yes, we now only ship the versionless packages with NuGet. NuGet has built-in versioning and providing a versioned NuGet package ID would cause issues when upgrading your packages.  

    We are also aware of the watermark issue. This is already fixed and will be available in the next service release. This is not tied to licensing but an issue with one of our packages specifically.
