I know that there are three way you can do to copy diagramNodes.
First is to use copy command.
Second to use Key Combination (i.g Select Node and Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V)
Third one to use Key and Mouse Combination (i.g Press and Hold Ctrl Button and Drag it to other place in canvas)
I know the solution for 1, 2
But I really don't know how to solve 3. Please anybody help me on this.

This should be achievable by cancelling ItemAdding event of XamDiagram control. However, there seems an issue on XamDiagram, and I have asked our engineering staff to examine this further. To ensure that it will receive attention, I have logged this behavior in our internal tracking system with a Development ID of 227340. The next step will be for a developer to review my investigation and confirm my findings or to offer a fix, or other resolution.
