If you take a look at the link provided in my previous post and expand the WPF section you would see the following:

.NET Framework 4.0 - 10.2 and later

Visual Studio 2010 - 10.1 and later

Having this in mind - yes, the 15.2 version of our controls would be suitable for VS2010 and .Net 4.0.
