Issue with Infragistics UltraWingird

Hi, 

We are using Infragistics wingrid in one of our project this grid refresh every configruable seconds, we are seeing this error happens once in a while where customer reporting this bug, We are not able to reproduce this consistently as it happens once in a while.

Please advice.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Thank you for posting in our forum.

    In order to be able to investigate your scenario further and to suggest you a possible solution to your issue I will need some additional information.

    - Which specific version of Infragistics Control are you using in your application? Please give me the specific version like 15.1.20151.2013.

    - What is the environment where this issue appears? Operating system, remote desktop if applicable and so on.

    - How often are you refresh the grid?

    - How you are getting the data to refresh the grid? Is it a local or remote server?

    - Are you using multithreads in your application?

    Please note if you can provide me an isolated sample solution reproducing this issue it will help us a lot.
