Caption area differs for ribbon built with VS2008 and VS2012

Our application is migrated from visual studio 2008 to visual studio 2012, we are using infragistics 12.1. We observed a change in the caption area of the ribbon in ultratoolbarsManager. When the application is maximized, the caption and the quick access tool bar is moved towards up and left side. Caption and tools in quick access tool bar is not padded properly to the top and left, there by the whole application child controls position is changed. We have created a sample application in visual studio 2008 and visual studio 2012. Please view the image below for clarification.

    I followed the steps you suggested and was unable to reproduce the behavior you're describing. I have created a Visual Studio 2008 solution with UltraToolbarsManager. I have added some tools to quick access toolbar as well as to a ribbon group. I have tested my solution in Visual Studio 2008 and it performed as it should. Then I have migrated it to Visual Studio 2012 and tested there. It behaved in the same way as in Visual Studio 2008.

    I have attached the sample project I used to test this.  Please test this project on your PC; whether or not it works correctly may help indicate the nature of this issue.

    If the project does not work correctly, this indicates either an issue possibly specific to your environment, or a difference in the DLL versions we are using.  My test was performed using version 12.1.20121.2135 in Infragistics Windows Forms 2012 Volume 1. Could you please let me know the exact version of Infragistics components which you are using?

    If the project does show the product feature working correctly, this indicates a possible issue in the code of your application.  It will help if you can provide a small, isolated sample application that demonstrates the behavior you are seeing, or if this sample project is not an accurate demonstration of what you're trying to do, please feel free to modify it and send it back.
