UltraTabControl staying in view when form resized

I have a form that uses the UltraTabControl. When the form is at it’s normal size all the control are visible, but if I resize the form to be smaller the UltraTabConrol moves up and stays in focus and the fields on the top of the screen are no longer visible. Is there any setting to keep the tab contol from moving up and keep all the controls on the top visible?  See attached image..

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics.

    From the image you provided, it appears that you clicked the tab header before resizing the form.  If so, the behavior you're seeing is expected and will be the same even when using the built-in TabControl.
