Scroll bar in ribbon

In ribbon menu, i have menu items.If i minimize my window, i am getting cross mark in the menu item. I like to have scroll bar. Please can body throw a light on it.

    I don't fully understand the problem. Can you post a screenshot of what is occurring and highlight the cross mark? If not, I would recommend submitting the issue to the support group with steps on how to reproduce it: http://es.infragistics.com/gethelp.
