I have a grid with multiband view style to show parent-child relation. Relation is created in runtime dynamicly. I'd like to select some rows from parent band and some rows from child band together. Is there any way to do? Advice me please.

That's correct, you cannot select rows in two different bands of the WinGrid simultaneously. However, you might want to consider using UltraWinTree, as this feature was just added to the most recent (v8.2) release.
