Hi guys,
I just want to know why QTP cannot work with Infragisitcs menu, do you have some experiences for?
Regards & Thanks

Hi Wei Wei,
Before I can give you a hand, we need to help define what behavior you are seeing, and what your configuration is.
For starters, to my knowledge, Infragistics doesn't have a menu control, although it does have a Toolbars control which can highly resemble a Menu. For clarification is that what you are using, and if so do you know for what version of NetAdvantage that Toolbars is for?
Second, what behavior are you seeing, is it not recording at all? Is it recording something but not replaying it correctly? If it does record, what does the recordings look like? IE what actions are they and what parameters do they have? Is it Click actions with X,Y coordinates?
Third to aid with the configuration, are you using our TestAdvantage product? TestAdvantage being a product we made specifically designed to augment QTP to work well with our NetAdvantage product. While QTP will work with most of our controls on it's own, there are some NetAdvantage controls that QTP on it's own without TestAdvantage doesn't handle well. And even in the best scenarios will likely only record Click actions with X,Y coordinates and Type commands. NOTE: We cannot support any limitations that QTP might have recording/replaying against our NetAdvantage controls if you are not using TestAdvantage.
If you are using TestAdvantage, what version of TestAdvantage is it, and is the volume release number the same as the NetAdvantage? To have TestAdvantage work correctly the release must match that of the NetAdvantage controls that you are testing against. IE use TestAdvantage 7.2 if you are using NetAdvantage 7.2
