Which controls do I need for the MS Office Word "Symbols-Selector"?
posted

Hi, all,

I'd like to have the funtion, just like MicroSoft Office - "Insert - Symbols"....

in order to insert one or more special chars to textbox.

Which controls I can use for that effect? (I guess DropDownButton and PopupContainer...?)

Many thanks i. Adv.

    Hello Updecrator,

I think that you could use a PopupMenuTool and ButtonTools. You could see a possible approach to achieve the effect you are looking for in my sample, attached to this post.

The sample called 'Ribbon with Formatted Text Editor' in the 'Windows Forms Feature Browser' under StartMenu->Programs->Infragistics->Windows Forms-> Samples-> Samples (local), might also help you with the task.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any additional assistance.
