Is there a way to control the size of the UltraCombo dropdown button and DropDownEditorButton to be the same size as the dropdown button of UltraComboEditor using the AppStylist? After switching to Office2010 the UltraCombo dropdown button and DropDownEditorButton are slightly wider and UltraComboEditor dropdown button is slightly thinner compare to the theme based on Office2007.

I don't think there is any way to do this.
The UltraCombo doesn't natively support an Office2010 style. So when you load the Office2010xxxx.isl, it sets the ViewStyle of all controls to Office2010. This directly affects the UltraComboEditor and the other editor, but it has no effect on the UltraCombo. The UltraCombo's button and colors are adjusted by the isl in a different way - using an image, I expect. And there's currently no way to adjust the size of this button.
The only way to do it would be to use a CreationFilter in the code - it cannot be done via AppStylist.
