Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to either wrap the text in the legend area. The text of some of these items in the Legend area are too big to fit there and I need some way to display the full text via a pop up (tooltip) or the legend being wrapped. I would not like to use the SpanPercentage property because I cannot know how big these legends will get. Thanks

Thanks for the information, but that won't help me because I don't have control of my user's screen size and the size of the legend text. I've looked into the IRenderLabel solution your friend had suggested but that won't solve all my problems. So, is it possible to popup a tool tip on top of the legend?

What you could do is to increase the "SpanPercentage" or decrease the font size of the legend. Max Rivlin has already discussed that matter in the following thread:
