I am not 100% sure how to ask this and sound legible. But I have a request from my client to be able to show comments on their schedules.
The above is my solution, basically have an owner for the appointments and one for the comments. The problem is because they are both owners and look very much the same some of the users get confused and try to schedule and create new appointments in the comments owner.
So my question is:
- Can I somehow have 1 owner and put the comments in the "background" and the have the appointments not take the whole column?
- Can I make an owner visiable but look disabled (like grayed out) and not respond to any clicks etc?
- Any suggestion on how to make this look decent?

As far as I understand you want to disabled column which you are using to display your comments. Instead of doing this you could use CreationFilter in order to make a room for the comments and to put a label in this room. I have created a small sample in order to demonstrate you how you could achieve this. In my sample the comment is hold in the Tag property of the owner.

That's pretty close, the comments they have actually are time dependent like 8:00 - 9:00 See only people with Insurance A, 9:00 - 4:00PM (No Pediatrics) ... etc ... but I maybe able to work with the example!
