Looking at the attached screenshot, I think that you should have also Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinExplorerBar.v11.2 assembly.Could you please try to upgrade your project with the latest available service release for version  - 11.2.20122.2124. You could download it from our site: Infragistics.com -> Accounts -> My Keys and Downloads -> Service releases.

Thanks for the screenshots. I made a lot of tests, but I`m not able to reproduce your issue. Please provide us steps or sample that reproduce this issue. It is very difficult to find the reasons for this behavior without exact steps or sample.
