System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException

System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External component has thrown an
exception.

Some of our users are getting the above error.  It appears to be coming from the line:

Me.utvw = New Infragistics.Win.UltraWinTree.UltraTree


Has anyone encountered this before?

I am not familiar with the above exception. Could you please let me know of your scenario and steps to reproduce this? When does this issue occur? I will also be happy to take a look at a sample reproducing the above mentioned issue and assist you further on this.
