How do I remove a hotfix?

I installed Hotfix NetAdvantage_NET_20081_CLR20_HotFix_2013 yesterday in hopes that it would fix an issue we are having. It did not and Infragistics Developer Support confirmed this. I would like to remove this Hot fix so that my version is the same as other developers on the team. How do I remove this hotfix?
