When using the StyleLibraryName of a control, the custom color blend (office2007CustomBlendColor) is being ignored. Is there setting or a trick to using color blend on specific IG control?
If applying different appstyle per window is possible that will be even better for me.

No, there's no way to do this. The blend colors are actually application-level static properties. The isl just sets the property, so there's no way to have more than one setting applied to the same application at the same time. It's the one exception when using multiple style libraries.
