I have a chart created from this code. But I fail to remove the annoying tag that resides on < SERIES_LABEL >, a mandatory blank position. I already have a IRenderLabel used to so to provide this x-axis of this but nothing brings a solution.

It is very difficult for me to guess what is your current chart`s settings just looking at the screenshot. Maybe one possible way to solve your issue, could be if you set the property:
axisX.Labels.SeriesLabels.Visible =false;
