is it possible to hide specific hours, e.g. 8pm until 6 am every day? See below picture. I would like to hide the nightly hours.

I recommend using the LogicalDayOffset (More information) and LogicalDayDuration(More Information) property to enable the timeLineView control to display times you choose. I have attached a sample that demonstrates how I was able to achieve this. Please run the sample and let me know if you have any questions about my sample.
