Is it possibile to create an Excel bookmark in an Infragistics.Documents.Excel object?

Right now I can do this by using the HyperLink function, but it's not the same as a bookmark, because i can't specify the ScreenTip (the tooltip that appears when you pass the mouse hover the hyperlink). With the Hyperlink function, the screentip is always the referenced cell inside the document, while I'd like to show a custom message.
