Hi,

We are trying to add ribbon Quick Access Toolbar customization functionality and are attempting to use the RibbonCustomizationProvider dialog for that. We have encountered a few issues with this however:

1) An exception occurs when removing all of the tools from the right pane (Quick Access Toolbar tools). This also occurs in the "Ribbon Customization" sample. Is there a workaround this issue, except handling this exception ourselves?

2) All of the ribbon tools are added to the RibbonCustomizationProvider including the '&' symbols which are included with some of the ribbon commands for shortcut key capabilities. Is there a way to remove this characters?
