When I am exporting grid to excel, the columns are not fixed , they are coming out kind of merge. I set the settings to be fix I am not for sure how to fix that issue. Also, to color only the tab header, how to do that. I want to make specific ultratab head a specific color.

For your first question, could you provide a sample project which reproduces the issue? You can attach a file by selecting the Options tab when editing your post.
For your second question, you'll first need to set UseOsThemes to False and then set the different Appearance.BackColor properties for the tab in question.
