I didn't say anything about attaching a toolbar to a grid. You asked how to cancel an update in a cell or row. My point was that you cannot cancel the update using a button on form because the button will take focus away from the grid and once the grid loses focus, the changes in the active row are committed and can't be cancelled. A Toolbar button does not take focus and therefore does not have this problem. But I was talking about writing code in response to the click of a toolbar button. There is no attachment from the toolbar to the grid.
