Uninstalling and reinstalling Infragistics fixed issue.

Infragisticts WinForms v10.3 .Net 2 - Development is done with the 10.3 unsigned DLLs but switched to the 10.3 signed version free ones when creating a production release. When using the signed version free DLLs, manipulating controls through Visual Studio 2010 designer is very limited. After switching back to the 10.3 unsigned DLLs, the designer works normally allowing the selecting of textboxes, grids, etc. This time switching back did not allow the designer to work normally.
