Hi folks, i'm having this scenario: - we have all of our applications in a productive enviroment using IG 11.1.20111.2020- we found a bug in one of them, and we are working to fix it.Sadly, we have to reinstall the developer machine due to technical problems. After reinstalling IG, turns out that the online installation updates the IG version to 11.1.20111.2064.I know there is an IG tool for updating applications that uses old IG versions, but I wonder if there is any way to make an installation, that doesn't get the latest version of IG, and just keep using the 11.1.20111.2020 version, because it's very expensive for us to update all productive applications.
Thanks in advanceLucas

Hello Lucas,
Yes, you can download a specific service release version from our website if you have registered the product. This can be accessed through "My Keys and Downloads".
If the specific service release installer (ex. 2020) does not appear there, please contact sales and they can provide you with the installer.

Hi Lucas,
Are you using NetAdvantage_20111_Platform.exe/NetAdvantage_Ultimate_20111.exe to install 11.1.20111.2020 version? If yes, you have an option to uncheck "Install with the latest service release" in the customization screen.
Otherwise you can navigate to Setups folder (where NetAdvantage_Ultimate_20111.exe is located) and run the correct version of the msi from "Setups" folder so that it will not update to latest service release.
Thanks
