Disable ColumnChooser DropDown in ColumnHeader

Hi,

I 've set ColumnChooserEnabled to FALSE in DisplayLayout. But there still is a little black downwards arrow in every ColumnHeader. When pressed it shows a dropdown with all visible columns and the user can choose the column to display at that position. I don't want this beauvoir. How can I disable it?
