If I ping some row, it'll always on top when you scroll down.
But after I group them, and try to set all the Fixed property to true in my first group, It doesn't actually "Fixed".
When you scroll down, the "pinged rows" group will not fixed on the top.
The GroupByRow does fixed on the top, but the underlying children is not fixed

Fixed rows are not supported when grouping. So there's currently no way to do this. You should Submit a feature request to Infragistics
