RapidSpell Dictionary

I noticed that the Infragistics dictionaries appear to be RapidSpell dictionaries. I would like to use a medical dictionary from that company:

http://www.keyoti.com/products/rapidspell/dotNet/dictionaries/medical-en/

I have tried to simply load these dictionaries and it does not appear to work. Is it possible to use these dictionaries?

I have tried to load them as per:

http://help.infragistics.com/Help/NetAdvantage/WinForms/2010.3/CLR2.0/html/Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinSpellChecker.v10.3~Infragistics.Win.UltraWinSpellChecker.UltraSpellChecker~Dictionary.html
