Error running CAB Reference Application

I am evaluating the CAB features with Infragistics.  I downloaded and installed all the NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Vol. 1 CLR 2.0 products but I keep getting the following error exceptions on all modules:

Error 14 Exception occurred creating type 'Infragistics.Win.Printing.UltraPrintPreviewDialog, Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinPrintPreviewDialog.v6.1, Version=6.1.20061.28, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb' System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: No license information found C:\Downloads\infra-cab\CSD\SourceCode\CSD.Common\Properties\licenses.licx 13 CSD.Common

I also noticed that the version in my GAC is 8.1.  Is there an updated sample implementation?
