When I choose to customize the toolbar and click on the Command tab. I get the listing of my tools. If I select one I was expecting to be able to modify it by clicking on the Modify Selection DropDown however it is disabled. See image.
However if I go into Rearrange Commands the Modify Selection is enabled and I can set the tool up however I like.
What causes the Modify Selection to be enabled on the Rearrange Commands and not on the other?
I figured out why it works that way. I have to select the tool on the toolbar then it becomes available. This to me is a limitation. A user may wish to come in and setup all of their tools to a default even the tools that are currently not on the toolbar. That way if the user decides to drag out the tool it is setup correctly.
