How to apply themes to non-Infragistics controls such as windows panel

Is this possible?  I am using Office 2007 blue theme and would like the theme to apply to some of my forms that use windows panel.

    I forgot to mention that I wanted the windows panel background to change accordingly as we apply different themes to the application.
