I'm getting "The scaling factor must be between 10 and 400." error when trying to load a xlsx file. The file is created using Microsoft Excel 2007.
Any ideas?
Ok, you are probably using the RTM version then, which probably had the bug when it shipped. Try installing the latest 9.2 SR to see if it fixes your issue.

Which version are you using? This is a bug (id 18936) that was fixed on 6/30/09 in versions 8.2 and later. Upgrading to the latest SR for the version you are using should fix the problem.
