I am attempting to upgrade a project from Version 5.2.20052.27 to Version 20073 using the Project Upgrade Utility. When the utility is run on the file, the system issues the following error message:

 Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list; (directory file path).

The project will not upgrade to other older versions (2006 ver. 1,2,3) either, yet the program functions perfectly.

 Any ideas?
