WinChart - Tooltips

I have a strange bug:

On a Remote Dektop (2003 Terminal Server) session Winchart tooltips are not shown. When I run the application locally on my fat client, tooltips are displayed correctly. In a previous version, which still uses 2010.2 everything works. Is this a known bug in 2010.3?

    Hi Steffen,

    I have tried to reproduce this issue on a remote desktop to Windows 2003 Server,  Win XP and Win 7, but Tooltips are shown correctly. Could you provide a sample application that illustrates the behavior ?
