I tried the issue again with the 10.3 RTM assemblies and found that the issue you have reported was present.
I was not able to reproduce the issue on my machine earlier as this issue has already been fixed as a result of an internal bug fix. I was testing it with the latest source which did not have the bug.
The fix for this issue will be out with the first service release of V10.3( which is expected to be released around mid-November).

I tried setting the DropDownResizeHandle to None and Default(one by one) in the attached sample both at run time and design time. I wa not able to reproduce the issue at my end.
Please attach a sample in which the issue is reproducible, so that we can fix it.

thank you for your quick answer. I checked the sample and identified it in detail. The AutoFitStyle doesn't work if the DropDownResizeHandle is set to None (Default).

I tried reproducing the issue with the attached sample but it worked just fine for me. I tested it by setting the property at both design time and run time.
If you think I am missing something in the attached sample, please attach a small sample that shows the issue.
