Merged cells and LoadOnDemand

Hi,

If I set my grid to merge the cells by specific column(s), will I loose the load on demand functionality?
I do not have any sorted columns.

    Hi Annie,

        I'm not sure. The grid might have to load more rows than are currently visible, because it might have to see if it needs to merge a cell in the last visible row with the row beyond that. If it does, then you could lose some of the benefits of loading on demand. I'm not sure if the grid goes any further than that, though. I would think it does not.
