I have an applicaiton using the UltraToolbarsManager that many client are using. On a very small number of computers the UltraToolbarsManager is missing when the application starts.
It should look like this
But on some computers it looks like this
Any ideas why it is missing on some computers?
Hello,
I am really not sure what could cause this behavior. Could you please let us know what is the environment(OS installed any service packs, etc) on the mentioned machines ? Could you please verify are there any specific settings on those machines like different culture settings for example.
If you have a sample that illustrates this behavior I will be glad to take a look at it and test it out.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
It has nothing to do with the environment as i can rebuild the exe and copy it the machine and it works. But i also know the original exe is fine as i copy that to another machine and it works fine.
This is really weird behaviour and i do not know what would be causing it.
Yeah i know i could try and give the few users who are having this issue an udated exe but it still doesnt explain what is causing it.
I am glad that your updated exe works correctly, but I am really not able to guess what could be wrong with your previous version. If you could provide me the one that have this issue I would be able to take a look at it. Without a sample it is really not possible to tell what might be wrong.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
We had the same problem as described, and was resolved by reinstalling the Infragistics toolset again, and ensuring that the Microsoft_Office_2007_UI_Capabilities were selected.
