UltraTilePanel adding a minimize button in the header of the tile

Hi'

Can anyone help me in adding the  minimize button in ultratile header, i am using the Infragisticsv10.2 that does not have Minimize button in the header of ultratile

can we do this with Creation Filter or Draw Filters?
