UltraToolbarsManager in Derived Form

I have placed a UltraToolbarsManager into a base form and added menus and toolbars.

 

I can add toolbars to the UltraToolbarsManager via the derived form's designer - but not menus.

 

Is there a way to add menu items via a derived form's designer?

    Hello Bells,

    I try to reproduce your scenario in a small sample  and I was able to add new Toolbar and new tools via derived form`s designer. Could you please take a look at the attached sample and please let me know if you think that I didn`t reproduce your scenario or if you have any questions.
