This is a strange one and as far as i can figure it only happens in 2010.2
My application has a lot of ultracombo boxes in its different forms. The ultracombo's have a button in their Buttonsleft property. The button text is set to ".." (three dots) and the width is set to 0. When i deploy my project to a windows 2003 server (fully patched) the button end up having a with of about two pixels..
the application works fine on windows server 2008, windows 7 and vista.
The other thing to note is that this only happens on certain isl files. The Office2007 isl files have the issue while chameleon displays them fine...
It works fine if you specify a width and is uppose i could go around and set the width on all the buttons, but i have a lot of different applications....

I copied over the fonts and all the buttons work fine.
It a bit strange because the servers have ran and still run other applications with the office ISL files without any problem

My guess is that the issue is not specific to the operating system, but is a problem with fonts. I'm pretty sure that the Office2007 isl files use Segoe UI and I'm guessing that your Windows 2003 Server machines doesn't have this font installed on it.
