I have a solution file that the the Version utility will not upgrade. It says 'Uh oh'..looks like we found something during our analysis that would prevent us from upgrading the solution. Here is what we found".
There is nothing in the box....
The log file shows the following

Hello Donor,
Could you attach the solution file itself for me to take a look at?
Thanks,
The Solution file is attached..
Hi Dave,
I am having the same problems with the Version utility.
Hello,
The service release that resolves this issue has been released and can be downloaded from the "My Keys & Downloads" section of our web-site.
Dave, it works now.
Thank you and have a nice rest of the day.
We cannot find the service release that resolves this issue in "My keys & Downloads" section.
Could you verify where it is? thank you. we need the update asap.
When you go to "My Keys & Downloads", after you log in, you should see a list of all the products you have a key for. Make sure you select the one that refers to NetAdvantage 2010 Volume 2. Once you do so, you should see details show up below the list of products. In the line of color coded items just below the list of products, click on "Service Releases". You will then be shown the service releases that apply to the parts of NetAdvantage 2010 Volume 2 that you have a key for. Installing any of of them will resolve the issue with the Version Utility.
