When I create a small application with just a simple windows using an infragistic dll, I have a problem when I try to run it from a computer linked to a network which is not linked to the Internet.
It takes too many time (15 seconds) to run it whereas if I unplug my network wire it takes only 1 second. I think the program try to verify signed dll (I saw verisign CRL connection with a network sniffer). Is there a way to resovle this issue.
Thank you very much.
Which version of the product are you using? If you are using the release version of 2007 Volume 1, does this KB article help explain things http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Support/KnowledgeBaseArticle.aspx?ArticleID=10029? For releases following that (hotfixes for 7.1 and later volume releases), the digitally signed assemblies should only be in a zip file and the assemblies that are used by default when developing are not digitally signed.
Thanks for the article, described exactly the problem we were having and helped us to find a solution.
