Strong Name Validation Failed

I have a user running our software in a VPC image that is getting the error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Infragistics2.win.v8.1, version=8.1.20081.1000 culture = neutral, public key token 'lots of characters' or one of its dependencies.  Strong name validation failed. (excpetion from HRESULT:0x801314A)

Our QA department does not get this error and I do not get this error when I load the applcation on a new VPC image.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be?  I've tried copying the directory from a machine that was working overtop of the machine that is not and that didn't change anything.  Is there a setting somewhere in windows that has changed so that her system does not allow something that other systems do?

    Hello petewall,

    Could you please try to clean your .licx file by deleting its contents(not the file itself but its content), rebuild your solution and then deploy it.
